Praises AMSOIL!

LNG
Publishing Company, Inc.
In the March 2003 issue of
Lubes 'n' Greases,
Automotive Editor David McFall wrote an
in-depth article on the subject of extended oil drain intervals and
touted AMSOIL as a safe, cost-effective and environmentally preferred
choice. He praised AMSOIL for their commitment to excellence and labeled
AMSOIL "unshackled"
for never conforming to industry norms and standards.

Formulated Like No Other Motor Oil in the World
AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 20W-50 Racing Oil is
formulated like no other motor oil in the world –- it is
specially formulated to carry the oil's wear reducing and heat
transferring agents to the engine's surfaces and hold them
there. By positioning vital agents where they are most needed,
AMSOIL Series 2000 20W-50 Racing Oil provides a degree of engine
protection unavailable with any other oil. It is also formulated
to cling tenaciously to engine surfaces, shielding engines from
startup wear. Further enhancing wear protection, AMSOIL
Series 2000
20W-50 Racing Oil's wax-free lubricating base stocks assure rapid post-start-up
lubrication.
Quicker Engine Response and Higher Horsepower
AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 20W-50 Racing Oil reduces
friction so effectively that virtually none of the engine's
power is wasted on drag. Its extraordinary formulation gives it
a coefficient of friction lower than that of other fine,
race-formulated synthetic oils for quicker engine response and
increased horsepower. With AMSOIL Series 2000 20W-50 Racing Oil,
vehicles accelerate fast, attain top speeds and use fuel
efficiently.
Resists the Damage Many Oils Undergo in Demanding Conditions
AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 20W-50 Racing Oil
maintains a constant high level of performance over time because
it resists the damage many oils undergo in high temperature,
intense shearing force conditions. AMSOIL Series 2000 20W-50 Racing Oil
loses only 5.9% of it's volume to vaporization. Conventional
oils lose up to 25% of their volume to vaporization, leaving
behind a thick, heavy oil that increases component friction and
wear and reduces horsepower.
AMSOIL Series 2000 20W-50 Racing Oil circulates readily, thus
protecting hard-to-reach areas that heat-damaged oils grow too
thick to reach. Superior shear stability allows AMSOIL Series
2000 20W-50 Racing Oil to provide a dependable pad of protection
between parts even after exposure to shearing forces that tear
lesser oils apart. AMSOIL Series 2000 20W-50 Racing Oil continues to
coat and lubricate, providing peak engine performance and
extended oil drain intervals.
Independent Tests Prove AMSOIL Provides Up to Five Times
More Protection
Tests conducted by an independent lab show AMSOIL Series 2000
Synthetic 20W-50 Racing Oil provides up to five times more
protection than other popular synthetic and conventional oils.
It contains powerful corrosion
preventives, detergents, dispersants and anti-foam
agents to protect engines from the harmful effects of
water, acids, debris, deposit-forming materials and air
entrained oil.

Service Life
Extended drain intervals are not recommended for engines
modified from the original manufacturers’ design. Change oil
at appropriate intervals in racing engines and where fuel
dilution is a concern. Otherwise in stock, non-modified
engines, follow original equipment manufacturers’ drain
interval recommendations or extend drain intervals when
monitored by oil analysis. For SAE 20W-50 synthetic oil that
offers extended drain intervals in gasoline and diesel
engines, see AMSOIL
Premium Protection 20W-50 (ARO). Applications
AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 20W-50 Racing Oil
is excellent for use in high-performance gasoline
engines, including those under warranty, that require the use of a SAE
20W-50 motor oil. It is recommended for applications
requiring the worldwide performance specifications
listed on the AMSOIL Corporate website (see "Engine
Protection Requirements" below).
Engine Protection Requirements
AMSOIL Synthetic Motor Oils meet or exceed specific API, ACEA
and ILSAC service classifications and the engine protection
requirements of various domestic and foreign engine
manufacturers. Please visit the AMSOIL
Corporate website for an
up-to-date listing on this product.
